01. Introduction

By engaging with RG Traders for the procurement of earthing electrodes and lightning protection systems, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Led by Gurdit Singh, we maintain a transparent, professional relationship with all industrial and domestic project partners.

02. Nature of Supply

We provide high-conductivity GD5xx series electrodes molecularly bonded with 250 microns of copper over a high-tensile steel core (>600N/mm²). All supplies are intended for industrial grounding, solar grid-tie systems, and domestic lightning protection.

Every rod is manufactured to EN 62561-2 and UL 467 standards. While we guarantee a minimum of 250-micron copper bonding, specific soil resistivity may require different configurations which should be discussed during technical consultation.
RG Traders is not liable for installation failures caused by improper driving methods or non-compliance with IEEE grounding codes by third-party contractors. Our liability is strictly limited to the technical performance of the electrode as per CPRI test reports.
Bulk wholesale orders require a 50% advance payment for custom manufacturing, with the balance cleared prior to dispatch from our Hyderbasti warehouse. All taxes are as per the current GST slab for electrical commodities.
We utilize professional logistics partners for pan-India delivery. While same-day dispatch is targeted for stock items, RG Traders is not responsible for transit delays caused by regional weather or logistics infrastructure issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from business transactions with RG Traders shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
